The brief
After a landslide general election win, the Parliamentary Labour Party needed to recruit more than 1,000 support staff, and quickly. The Ladder Group was building the recruitment infrastructure behind the scenes; what it needed was a front door that could take a surge of interest and send every candidate the right way.
What we built
The front-end website that sits in front of The Ladder Group's recruitment platform. A clear, focused Webflow site sets out the opportunity and funnels every visitor straight into the application journey, designed and built against the clock and delivered in record time.
