The brief
The Mortgage Shop has matched Jersey home hunters with lenders since 1990, but needed a site that felt as approachable as its advisers, guided each type of buyer to the right service, and let people act there and then.
What we built
A bold, characterful design built around clear buyer journeys for first-time buyers, remortgaging, buy to let and moving house. An interactive mortgage calculator estimates monthly repayments, legal fees and stamp duty with first-time buyer logic built in, and appointment booking sits one click away throughout. The design of the new look for The Mortgage Shop was done in collaboration with MixBox.
