A friendly, accessible campaign site opening up a new route into policy research careers, hosted by three of the UK's leading think tanks.
The brief
The Policy Futures Programme exists to make policy research careers accessible to people from all backgrounds, so the site had to feel welcoming rather than institutional, answer applicants' questions quickly and drive applications for each annual cohort.
What we built
A warm, plain-speaking design that puts the essentials up front: what the programme is, who it is for, what it pays and when applications open. Numbered explainer cards, key stats and a cohort testimonial guide would-be applicants from curiosity to application without jargon.
